Saturday March 26th Kinetic Physical Therapy Institute and Tri Fitness will have a Running Clinic. We will provide a demonstration and lecture on the importance of optimal symmetry to speed and endurance of running. We will also discuss training programs and nutritional needs for runners of all levels. Please click the link to view the brochure for additional information. Satellite clinc now open at St. Thomas University!

Kinetic Physical Therapy Institute is now working with St Thomas University to provide physical therapy services to the students and staff. Starting Tuesdays in Febuary, Karen Jiran MPT/PRC will be seeing patients at the Health Services on the St Paul Campus.

We are performing Functional Screening for the Mahtomedi Girls Soccer Program and collaborating with Tri Fitness of White Bear Lake, MN to set up optimal training programs to decrease injuries and increase performance.
