As of January 1, 2021 Kinetic Physical Therapy Institute is changing to a capitated rate instead of a percentage rate for self-pay patients. This is to help with transparency of cost for the patient. Our new rates are as follows and they do not include supplies or orthotics:
- Initial Evaluation and Re-evaluation Visits (up to 60 minutes long): $220
- Follow-up Visits (up to 60 minutes long): $170
- Each 15 minute increment over 60 minutes: $20
If you elect to do self-pay, you must pay the day of your visit and you will be required to sign the Patient Election to Self-Pay for Services form (click here). Please read this carefully and note that we will not be able to bill an insurance company at a later date.
